If these dogs are the same sex you may be always going to have a problem.
Same sex aggression is very common and especially in dominant, assertive breeds of dogs. Pitts fall into that catagory.
If they are the same sex having them neutered or spayed may help but many males will not tolerate another male in the home with them and they can fight until one kills the other.
If they are male/female combo t hey will have to sort out the dominance order between them and once it is settled you should be ok.

Sometimes older breeds of the same kind dont get along with other pets especially the older one they tend to not appreciate all of the energy by the little puppy you should take them to a park toggether and give them treats together and whever you take a dog somewhere make sure you have the other one try and go to a park and play fetch with the both of them.

Let the dogs play together in an area that neither of them are familiar with. Off-leash Dog Parks are perfect for this, they teach dogs how to interact with not only your dog but others as well. Just type in dog park in the yahoo search bar.

Let them play together, but supervise them closely. If they start getting rough yell at them and tell them they are bad. Make sure to correct them if they show any signs of aggression. If they are the same sex, they could start fighting for dominance later on, so make sure you correct them now and teach them right from wrong. good luck

i dont know what vic is talking about, pits arent vicious unless you make them, its a deed thing not a breed thing originally bred to fight dogs, they are people tolerant more often than not, all male dogs become territorial as they get older, but as far as the pups go, they really shouldnt hurt one another yet, one thing watch when you feed them, they should eventually warm up to each other, mine always do, but i did have one incident my older dog Duke 9 mo snapped at one of our younger pups Dutchess to warn her to stay back from the bone and he caught her neck accidentally, so i wouldnt give the older one anything that might be deemed theirs when the younger one is around, good luck and b patient they should be alright.make sure the younger one doesnt irritate the older one though, constantly biting and tyring to play when the older one isnt hearing it thats sum that pisses off dogs n people alike~ oh yeah dont forget to give your older one special attention time too, dogs do get jealous

You could always keep them seperate when 1 misbehaves towards the other. I have a boxer/american bulldog and we got another puppy and we did that but some dogs are just like that Good luck break them when they r young bcuz you can't when they get older.

they are vicious. You just gotta let them have their time and let them get to know each other. try getting them to sniff each others butt. That seems to work.
