I suspect that the word "rollen" is not correct and that it should be "(ab)holen".
In that case the sentence means: "Ms. Hoffman can pick up the package".

I can't see anything wrong in it, can you?
Perhaps you could use aufrollen = to open
rollen means to role around or to mangle too, but I should go for aufrollen.
