I am in the market for a great gas getter and a reliable vehicle. I know the Frontier boast 25mpg which is not great for a four cylinder, but they are a lot cheaper than the Tacoma. However I Know Toyota's rep for unbreakable and I wonder how reliable the Frontier is.

Now I may be biased because I work for a Toyota dealership, I am not a salesman though, I don't know much about Nissan's, but I do know that Toyota's have a much higher resale value, and you wouldn't believe how many miles these trucks can have and still run great, they may be more expensive, but it seems to really be worth it in the long run, whether you trade it in, or keep it forever
