Sounds like a stye - stop poking at it, it'll only get infected or worse!
Also, sometimes an eyelash follicle gets infected and will swell up.
Try using a washcloth dipped in hot water and then held over the spot to see if that helps bring it to a head and clear it up.

Depending on where it is exactly, if it is under the eye but on the face, it is probably a whitehead and that is hard to get rid of. If it is on the lid, it could be a Stye. That you have to go to the Dr. for.

Don't squeeze it...you will only make a huge sore. It is probably a calcium deposit. Don't worry, it will go away on it's own and it is harmless. There is nothing you can do to prevent them...almost everyone will get one sooner or later.

It sounds like a clogged pore, I don't think it's a stye if it's under your eye. See your regular Dr. or a dermatologist, I think they should be able to clear it up pretty quickly.

Don't squeeze it. Just watch it for a few days. Then go to a doctor.
