We are not Doomed. If Global warming is not kept in check humanity will definitely face some difficult times. Current thought is that over half the species on earth may vanish, and the a large portion of the human population will no survive.
The earth is going through a mass extinction process right now. We are losing species for a variety of reasons, most of which are due to climate change, but all are due to human causes.
People who claim this is a natural cycle are not looking at the data in an objective way. Ignoring the problem will not help anyone.
The Facts are that the polar regions are melting and the impact of this is already being felt by the peoples and animals that inhabit the far north. Ask the Inuit's who have had to relocate villages that have been occupied for hundreds of years.
We should not be asking if we are doomed, instead we should be asking what can be done to stop this.

No on all your questions. Global Warming will cause problems, but not the end of the world. No we do not have the Technology to build spaceships to take us to other planets. Haven't you been watching the news, we can't even prevent panels from falling off during lift off.

The world will have a lot of trouble with Global warming. It could finish the World by destroying the Atmosphere. Perhaps that's what happened on Mars.

No. The earth is not doomed. The same scientists that were pushing an Ice Age in the 70's are pushing global warming now. I wouldn't concern yourself with something that:
A. Doesn't Exsist
B. You can't do anything about according the 'experts' anyway.

Because sin entered the world in the Garden of Eden, it corrupted the whole world. In the end times, according to the Bible, there will be much destruction. God will create a new earth. It is reasonable that Global Warming is leading cause of the destruction.

Did global cooling end the world? (Ice Age)
When the Ice Age was ending did they call the phenomenon Global Warming?
I think we went into space in the 60's did we not?

LOL..yes we are doomed here..
Do we posses enough intelligence to survive? No, not alone. You better start accepting extraterrestrials as real, because unless we have an advanced intelligence, a higher intelligence intervene on this planet..I would say we are doomed...
There certainly is not a drop of intelligence on this planet, as we let violence and greed rule and ruin our beautiful.. little.. humble.. Earth.

We are not doomed. Those of us strong enough will survive. Natural selection and evolution will work their wonders to fill the world with creatures suited to the environment therein.

Al gore predicted ten years ago that the polar caps would melt by now and that we would all be swept away by a flood. Tell me, has the flood reached your house yet? I am still sitting on dry land myself.
