I wanna do something really cheap, and not super temporary that it comes out with water.... aka:
I herd kool aid breaks hair (how? may I ask)
And colored gels and hair spray give my hair that nasty feeling...
I wanna try with cool aid, but just to see if it works... will it come out right away? Or what is a safe way that won't damage my hair?

well you cant "die" your hair but you can put a rinse in your hair, it will be temporary. i wouldnt use kool aid, i heard that you could but i was in highschool when kids were using it. the safest way would be a rinse just pick the right color for your hair tone/skin

any kind of color is going to damage your hair, Ive never used kooliad but have friends who did when we were younger, and it will wash out, but not right away, there are temporary colors you can use, but they tend to be more than temporary, as I decided I wanted black hair and ended up with black hair until it grew out, big mistake, it looked awful, my suggestion, if you want something different and inexpensive, try a home highlighting kit, easy to use and hard to mess up...good luck

cool aid works especially with red colors, it takes a while to rinse off. it wont damage your hair at least a lot less then chemical dyes.

They have temporary color at most stores like walmart etc. It will tell you it washes out in 18 shampoos or less. You can probably get it for $5.00
