Hi there...probably what you are hearing are the digestion sequences that occurs when food is being broken down with the stomach and digestive enzymes. It's quite normal.

It could just be his digestive tract digesting his food. If he does not appear to be in pain, is not vomiting, does not have diarrhea, or have a really bloated belly, don't worry about it.

Depends on what you are feeding it. Go to a vet and ask what is a good kitten food for you to be feeding it.
