I've gained a lot of weight in a 2 year span. I dunno why I keep eating. I want to lose so bad and I am not motivated, or just lazy. Any ideas? What is your excercise routine? How did you change your mind and actions to start losing weight?

whatever you do, do not starve yourself...
just exercise daily for an hour or two (outside is better than inside) and eat healthier but do not eat significantly less than you normally do

First and foremost, you've got to want a healthier you. It's going to take commitment on your part. To reach your goal is going to take time. Excercise is a big part of it. You said you have been lazy, so don't jump into something unrealistic that you are going to dump in a few days or a week or two. My suggestion is to walk! Make it part of your day. Get yourself a pedometer (approx. $5), then start doing 10,000 steps per day. Park at the back of the lot in stead of getting a front spot. Walk to people at work instead of picking up the phone. You may or may not be able to set aside specific time, but make it a part of your routine.

I absolutely hate it when people respond with ignorant and childish answers. Ignore those children who say stupid things. Anyway, I have also gained a lot of weight in the past 2 years-actually, 50lbs to be exact, just like you. I had a baby almost 2 years ago and that is the reason why I initially gained all the weight. But even since I have had her I have put on weight because of the same reasons as you-no motivation, over-eating and just pure laziness. Before I had my daughter I weighed 120lbs and wore a size 5 in jeans. I now weigh 170 and wear a size 13 in jeans! That' enoguh weight gain to totally make you depressed! But I am on my way to having my figure back because I just made my mind up that I want to be healthy, in shape and look good again. It takes a lot of will power and I can tell you right now that it is not easy in the beginning, but it does get easier as you go. I have been on my diet now for 2 weeks and I have already lost 12lbs. I have been doing a lot of cardio, drinking tons and tons and tons of water, (drinking lots of water not only helps flush the fat, but it also makes you feel full so you don't want to eat a lot) and eating healthy foods. You have to just completely forget about fast food, fried foods and sweets. They are soooo bad for you and just pile on the pounds. Plus they really weigh you down and make you lazy, so give them up all together. Also, you should not eat ATLEAST 2 hours before going to bed because your body will just store the food while your sleeping and turn it into fat because your not doing anything to burn it off. Also, right now I am using the Hoodia slimming patches and they seem to be working great. All and all it is about making up your mind to change your lifestyle all together. There really isn't any miracle, magic skinny pills that will get you thin overnight. It takes hard work and time to lose weight but you can totally do it, I swear! Now as for motivation, I have bought some really cute skinny clothes and hung them on my wall in my bedroom so I seem them everyday so when I think about giving up or eating junk food, I look at how cute the clothes are and how much I'd love to wear them, and what I know I have to do to be able to wear them. Also, if you have pictures of yourself of when you were skinny, put them on the refridgerator to remind yourself of how you looked before and how you know you can look again. So keep in mind what I have said and remember that you can do anything you put your mind to. But like I said, it takes will power and time. Don't give up! I went on the Michael Thurmonds 6 week body make over. I lost 32 lbs in 6 weeks. You just keep doing it til you lose all the weight you need. It comes off fast and its very healthy for you. Look it up online.

I want you to lose weight. So read my web page so you can share my desire for you to be thin and fit. Plus I made it easier for you, like with candy bars at bottom (actually food bars if you feel like spending money). If not, keep your money and get thin.

Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. Here is how it works. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.

But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.

So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. I gained 40Ibs in a two year period. I think its my job. If you are lazy and don't wanna exercise. Go for walks. If you have the will power to not eat then don't, only drink water and vitamins. That'll help you loose weigh quickly. Every three days you may eat something but in between just drink the water and vitamins. It works!!!

Eat smaller portions and don't snack. Joiin a exercise club that makes sense to you and stick to it.
