Nosebleeds, or epistaxis, is mostly caused by trauma to the nose - a lot of athletes get it.
There are two kinds, anterior and posterior: the posterior variety is where the bleeding occurs at the back, and most of the blood goes down the throat. Anterior epistaxis is the more frightening, because the blood emerges through the nostrils.
In younger patients, the problem occurs because of ruptures in the delicate sinuses. It can also be caused by upper respiratory tract infections, allergies, drug inhalation, and sinusitis.
The page I've linked to provides a simple method of treatment. If your doctor requests forther examination, you'd better take him or her up on their offer; otherwise, don't let it worry you unless it flares up again.

i've got been on Cymbalta for about 3 weeks (switched from Effexor), and that i've got had nosebleeds 2 or three times. earlier the Cymbalta, I hadn't had a nosebleed in years. In my early young human beings I had violent nosebleeds that would desire to final for a protracted time. finally, I went to the emergency room and had the interior my nostril chemically cauterized. curiously there were some weakening of the capillaries. besides, i replaced into very taken aback while i began out having nosebleeds lower back presently (although they are plenty, plenty milder than those I used to have). I doubt it rather is something extreme, yet you may examine with your well being practitioner, in basic terms in case. I see my well being practitioner on Friday, and that i will ask her approximately it additionally. If she thinks it would desire to be extreme, i will respond lower back right here.

Occasional nosebleeds are very common. The lining of the nose contains many tiny blood vessels that bleed easily. However, if you have frequent nosebleeds — more than once a week — or if they are heavy and hard to stop, you should consult your doctor.
There are many reasons why nosebleeds occur. Common causes include:
Dry nose
Nose picking
Vigorous nose blowing
Allergies
Sinusitis
Colds
Blood-thinning medications (anticoagulants), such as warfarin or aspirin
Also, you may be more likely to have frequent nosebleeds if you have a deviated septum. Rarely, frequent nosebleeds may indicate a more serious problem, such as a bleeding disorder, hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia or leukemia.

You didn't say if you had some other disorders, for example hormonal dis-balance,injury, etc.If no,then, what is the climate in the city you're in?Maybe excessive heat can produce it too.
And last but not least- maybe some DRUGS cosed ruptures of your nasal septum, such as cocaine and naphasoline,or vascular dilatators, used to lower BP.Or toxines from the place you work at.

No,but when my daughter was 4 until nearly 8 she had them all the time.It was really frightening for me as a parent. It is continual picking of the nose.once you have a nose bleed,it is very weak on the inside and very susceptible to recurring within 24 hours if any picking at all.Even when she had a nosebleed and hadn't picked she still kept having them.Try not to pick is all I can say to you.

Could be that your blood does not clot well. Which is called Hemophilia, and can easily be checked as that it is a hereditary condition.
Another reason for nosebleeds is dry air.
I am not trying to be funny but another could be drug use.
getting it cauterized should fix it however hopefully it stops.
