Nail polish remover. It's acetone based, so that will get you unstuck (I glue myself together all the time trying to fix my kids' itsy bitsy toy parts!)

Ok..well I don't know what products you have at home! However these work..Goo Gone, OOPS, or finger nail polish remover..otherwise just peel it off. Soak in hot hot water first though. Uh..mineral spirits???

Acetone.
Look on ingredient labels... like nail polish remover or in your shed or workshop area.
Don't panic and try to pull it apart. One side will lose and you will be left with an open wound.
