I just found out the biopsy on my lip was negative! Should I kill myself now, or let the cancer do it?

YOU SAID THE BIOPSY WAS NEGATIVE.THAT MEANS YOU DON'T HAVE IT.
YOU CAN STILL KILL YOURSELF IF YOU WANT TO BUT YOU NEED ANOTHER REASON.

Do you mean the test itself was negative, or that the result is negative as in a bad result as in you got cancer? If you have cancer, if it hasn't metastasized you could get targeted therapy to destroy the cells. Anyway, live it up, you only get one shot at life, at least you know what you're going to die of. Who knows, maybe by the time you get close to dying they will have a cure.

If this stops you from wanting to kill yourself, then it was worth my time. (Negative) indicating "no", disapproving,refusing,declining, rejecting,opposing,opposed; disagreeing, objecting, dissenting,demurring. Your test came back negative. So negative on wanting to kill yourself. This is a good peace of news, you not having cancer. This would be a horrible way for some one die.
