B is a 3.0
Some might say a B- but that is generous.

B means above average. 2.7 is pretty middle of the road.

In true Averages that is a C to a C+ but each teacher can make its own exceptions.
4.0-A
3.0-3.99 -B's
2.0-2.99-C's
1.0-1.99-D's
0-.99-F's
