Sept is def the best month to go travelling cos most of the tourists have gone home, its still really warm and everything is still open. Plus most place have their end of season parties so there are some really good nights out to be had. I live on the Costa del Sol and September is my favourite month

Greece and Turkey are usually hot well into September/October. I'm in Central Greece and yesterday it was 44degC - that's about 110F - and no signs of it cooling down any time soon!
