Why do guys lie about what they feel, think, have done, are doing, ect. Especially when they know that we will find out the truth?? Don't they know that once we know the truth we will be upset about the action AND the lie they told about it. If you're honest from the get go, we will only be upset over one issue and our trust in you wouldn't be pulled into question. And why do us females let them lie about these things and get away with it??

That's a good question. As for what we think and feel, it's tough to talk to anyone, even a woman. I like to resolve things on my own, so when something is on my mind, and I'm asked what's wrong, I say nothing, smile, and go on to do something to change the subject.
As for things done, maybe to impress you, get your attention, hopefully you will forgive us for making it up, but it would be worth it if in the long run, you get to know me and find that I'm not such a bad person.

They are willing to take the risk with the chances they may get away with it. DUMB IDEA!! Someway somehow down the line we will find out! Maybe not today, next week or months or years but we will find out and the hurt that comes from that lie will be like it just happened yesterday plus the added time going by thinking they got away with it will add more to the b itching they'll get once we figure it out. Then they try the lame excuse"I didn't want to hurt you" ..when really there thinking "Dam n I got caught!" We always wait around hoping they'll change if we just make them see the error of their ways but really sometimes were just with the wrong person and cannot admit that. And I think if anybody has to deal with this issue too much they are with the wrong person because then it rolls over into the trust issue and who want's to be with someone you can't trust.

Well if you let them get away with it thats why they continue to do it. You teach people how to treat you. They lie because they don't have the personal integrity to tell the truth. They lie to try to avoid conflict. They aren't real long term thinkers, just grabbing at an excuse for the moment. Why bother being with someone who is doing things they need to lie about in the first place?

A man would rather be trampled by elephants, and rolled over with a steam roller than to hurt our "feelings",-(from the book that EVERY woman should read:"He's just not that into") and tell the truth. Their cowards, just more proof that women are much stronger than a man, because we can take hard hitting facts better. Tell a man that ur dumping him for someone else,or something else devastating that we're told, or that we find out on a daily basis, and they would totally choke. EX: my now ex cheated on me, I was calm & took him back, and I cheated on him, he not only beat the guys a s s, but almost had a nervous breakdown

i think that the real reason why guys lie is because of girl,they sometimes don't believe the guys when they tell them the truth so some guys found out that its better telling lies cos the girls do believe them and apart from that we women lets be frank we are the once that's making the guys to lie to us cos of how we treat them.

why do Lady's lie about what they feel,are lie to keep a guy on a string so he will not leave her,when she is see some other guy,are don't want to lose his friendship,its the same game the Lady's plays.a lot of Lady's want the truth,trust,but cant face it when they have to do it too,so it not just the men,its the Lady's too

Its impossable lol im sorry to assert yet when I misinform ladies im no longer asserting i do it alot yet i save a on the instant face and say it like i mean it cant help you there if it form of appears like he exhadurating its no longer a lie if it form of feels on the instant forward it somewhat is a lie yet uncertain

good question......my only explanation is insecurities. Whatever is goin' on inside they need to compensate by basically being the bully to a weaker human being. Strong people don't put up with that sh#$. They feel less macho if they admit to their innerself. Fortunately not all men do it. It also goes the other way.

A very good question. Not all do lie, so keep this in mind:Those whom you know have lied have problems, and maybe you better steer clear of them if you don't want your life to be based on deceit.

Well i say that boys are trying to see what are limits are so they no that they can get away with things and know that we will always let them crawl back to us. So i say each time they lie to us they are losing ower trust and all that stuff.
