what is the email of the iranian embassy in New York or Washington?

what should i do if i escaped the iranian military draft and i want to go back? do i have to pay a fine and .....? Can i write an email to the iranian embassy asking for a visa or ???? Is there an iranian embassy in America? If someone would just tell me what i have to do to go to iran this summer. thanks

Iran and U.S. do not have diplomatic relations since 1979. Iranian interests are represented by the Interests Seciton of Pakistan Embassy (http://www.daftar.org/far/default.asp)
