first of all cage him, preferably in a room you don 't go into very often. then only let him out when you feed him and then take him for walks. You have to reassert to him that you are the pack leader, not him. when ever he does something naughty, punish him by loudly telling him 'bad dog' or slapping him lightly if the 'bad dog' doesn't work. Reward him for being good, either with praise or food. he should start to behave quickly once he realizes that he is going to be caged if he doesn't.

Take your dog to obediance classes. We can't teach you how to train your dog over the internet.
Dog training is a physical activity. You need to learn what to do, when to do it and how. A trainer will watch you and your dog interact together and figure out what to do.
Pups should be trained using puppy training methods from an early age - the day you bring them home. Its not too late to put things right but its not something that we can sort out at a keyboard.

Your question is too vague.
Whatever your schnauzer's behavior is that is annoying you, taking him/her to obedience training will teach you how to teach your dog, and give you behavioral insight.
Make sure your dog is getting enough attention and exercise as well. Bored dogs with lots of energy will find things to do that we'd rather they not do. Training and exercise channel your dog's mind and energy to make a clamer, happier, more enjoyable pet.

Learning how to train your dog will improve your life and hers, enhance the bond between you, and ensure her safety and it can be a lot of fun. Dogs are usually eager to learn, and the key to success is good communication. Your dog needs to understand how you’d like her to behave and why it’s in her best interest to comply with your wishes. I have 2, they are not naturally the most obedient but if you sort them out early should be ok, don't let them get set in their ways. Remember you are the boss!
