are you staying active because sometimes if your just sitting around the house your body will say hey it's nap time and your mental state can make your body feel tired no matter how much sleep you have had.

From your message, I would guess you are perhaps a teen or young adult. If this has been since school started, it is probably normal in that young adults' bodies are on a completely different schedule than are school (or regular work) hours. It may be as easy as eating something nutritious for breakfast and/or having a healthy snack if this occurs at work. Quick fixes such as caffeine laden drinks will most likely cause you to get into an even more uneven sleep cycle. You may also have to change your bedtime--make sure your room is dark and quiet. Hope this helps some!

You could be pregnant, or anemic. Go the the doc and get checked out. Also, last year I went to the doc with the same problem and turns out that my tonsils were so enlarged they were blocking my airway while I was sleeping and were causing sleep apnea. I got them removed and now I feel much better.
