just had my pc reformated an came back with no sound. controls says i have a driver , what can i do ?

how can i get my sound back? is there a free download for it?

number one sound error: speakers plugged into wrong port on the back. try that.

usually when you buy a pc, it comes with the audio drivers. Look for the cd. If not found and you know the soundcard brand and model you can search for a driver on http://www.geeksquad.com/drivers/#videosound

Try double clicking volume control. Make sure nothing is muted

number 2 error . . .make sure the speakers are turned on.
