Hi.

MS Office has a community web site with thousands of templates and pre-made documents.

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/CT011814061033.aspx

However, if you are interested in creating a custom calendar form scratch, do the following:

1. From Microsoft Word, On the File menu, click New.
2. In the New Document task pane (task pane: A window within an Office application that provides commonly used commands. Its location and small size allow you to use these commands while still working on your files.), under Templates, click On my computer.
3. Click the Other Documents tab.
4. Double-click Calendar Wizard. If you do not see this wizard (wizard: A feature that asks questions and then creates an item, such as a form or Web page, according to your answers.) in the Templates dialog box, you might need to install it.

I hope this helps.

I use open office, it's free. Use the open offic calc, which is spreadsheet. It's by Sun Micro systems and you can download it free at the openoffice.org site.
Should be fun and make a very nice Calender.

Sure, in Excel, or in Outlook.

In outlook, look at the Calendar tab.

In excel it would be more work.

In Word, you can set up tables. but they are complicated.
