A site??
If you are an illegal ,you will want to get a lawyer ASAP. The rules change daily and each country is different. I doubt any web site will be up-to -date enough

If you guys are married and youve been in the states a while it might be a process but it should work. Theyt have really been tightening the screws on immigration. I married a Norwegian back in 99 and hired an immigration lawyer for $2000...she had a green card in a couple of months. You can go thru the process without a lawyer but it is most certainly going to take you more time. If you live in the Boston area look up John Gallini Esq., he is a very good immigration lawyer.

If you came into the country with a visa, and you have your original I-94, you can apply for your permanent residence. go to www.uscis.gov for the forms. You will need the I-130, I-485, G-325 and I-864. And a lot of documents and some money.
If you did not come into the country legally, you probably cannot get legal status no matter who you marry or how many babies you have here. Contrary to popular belief, that is the law.

the immigration site, its part of homeland security, all you do is look up ins.gov, i think....its a long proces but not a difficult one, most ins offices will actually walk you through it and for your info they will not put you in cuffs and haul you back to your home country...they do not want to bust up families and will do anything they can to help. the fact you are legally married in the U.S. will really help...good luck and thanks for not taking advantage of the rest of us.
