No you can not. A person's personality is developed by the age of five and whcih that brings upon no change either in Mentality or ideology. They can aquire new dimension and knowledge, but their own ID will prevent them from being persuasive to or not acknowledge their own mentality as great or weaker to any sujbject they encounter.

YES.
Let me change your ideology right now.
If x is greater than 3 and y is greater than x is y 5?
y is 5 if and only if you can have whole numbers exclusively, but not necessarily since I did not indicate that y was only one whole number greater than x.
Now, don't you agree that algebra is a waste of our time?
See I changed your ideology or maybe I didn't.
I guess it depends on the subject and the object.
So my answer is:
I don't know if I can or not unless I try.

You can only educate. Basic ideology is learned and becomes who you are. Outside influences can modify, but not totally change.
As for mentality. You can't fix stupid.

If you watch only one conspiracy documentary ever, make it this one. This just might be the best introductory video out there. Understand that every claim made in this is fact, not opinion, no matter how wild it sounds. It's all easily verifiable through mainstream news archives and public documents.

Yes, but it is rare and usually takes some dramatic event in their lives besides good reasoning.

you cannot change anything about a person--you express your views and if they agree they will make a decision to change--you may be the deliverer, but not the maker!

beware people capable of using the FOrce might show resistance, just increase it unless they are really strong in it then other more drastic measures have to be taken.

For an individual to change it has to come from within. For one to truly change it takes humility, desire, and help from God.
