an electric or battery operated probe that makes worms surface out of ground and then go fisjing?

I would like a drawing or diecrions on how to make this at home.

Use a 12 volt battery, or a 12 volt transformer. Hook the positive to one probe and the negative to the other. The probes should be copper poles, filed to a point. This should work.

Be careful anytime you play with electricity.

I read an article on these electric probes and from my understanding they are pretty dangerous. Apparently a couple of guys died from using a non grounded unit they bought from a magazine. I'm sorry i just cant remember where i read it. I use a black plastic bag in the garden. after you watter the garden or mulch pile (whatever) stake the garbage bag (it has to be black) to the ground by the corners, maby cover it with a hunk of plywood or mulch( takes less time to work that way) and when you are ready to fish, lift up the bag and start grabbin.

instead of using that, i would say make a compost heap. Then use a stake and metal peice to make vibrations in the ground.

just buy worms from a bait and tackle store.
