I have the same problem and I've found that putting cooled slices of cucumber on them in them morning helps. Good luck! :)

For bags under your eyes, i've found that putting a cold spoon on it and holding it there for a couple minutes gets rid of most of it. Try being more active during the day, goto the gym, play a sport etc. You'll sleep better and wake up feeling better and more awake. Make sure u get a full night sleep though. At least 7 hours.

well you could try some cucumber slices dipped in non fat milk to reduce the swelling under your eyes. You may also want to start taking a multi~vitamin, any B vitamin is great for fatigue. Also try to eat lots of foods high in iron and try to get at least 6-8 hrs of sleep each night. I hope this helps, and if all else fails go see a Dr.

Good Luck

the models use preparation H to reduce the bags under their eyes - no joke. i had the same question you have nearly a year ago on yahoo answers. people suggested cucumbers, more sleep, tea bags, etc. you can try those, but in the end, its a dilation of veins under your eyes that is swelling and causing the bags.

i haven't tried prep h, so i don't condone it. BUT, i have heard from friends that it works.

good luck!!!

Your schedule needs to be rearranged. At your age you are supposed to get roughly 7 hours of sleep, or more. You should try and get as close to that mark as you can, without crippling your lifestyle. Personnelly, it takes me about an hour to 'fall to sleep' after going to bed, so hopefully you can fall asleep quicker than that. One way to get more sleep in a shorter period of time is to not eat before bed, hard though it may be. =)

Still, aim for AT LEAST 6 hours of sleep, 7 or 8 being much better. If you organize your time correctly, it won't hinder you at all, but actaully benifit you.

7 hours * 7 days = 49 hours

24 hours per day * 7 = 168 hours per week

168 hour per week - 49 sleep hours = 119 hours of time left

119 hours of time not devoted to sleep

119 - 60 work hours = 59 hours of free time
(60 work hours, in case of overtime, etc..)

59 hours! Thats two and a half days(with no sleep needed) of pure time for movies, hanging out with friends, playing games, answer questions on Yahoo! Answers, dating, messing around on the computer, eating etc...

2 1/2 days! Use it well!

There is a product available online called hylexin. Its about $100. Your best bet-Go to Walgreens, they have a knock-off product that runs about $25. In the facial creams isle.Ive used it. Takes about two weeks and offers a visible improvement with regular use.

At-home treatments- Drink lots of water!! For bags and fatigue. Being hydrated makes a huge difference.
