How many calories are in a cup of coffee? I looked on the package, and there wasn't even a nutrition label. I've had all of the calories I'm willing to have for today, and I don't want to have any more. I was just wondering for future reference, is coffee unhealthy for you? Will it make you gain weight, or something?
Thanks.

Well coffee isn't horrible for you, but caffeine is.
Caffeine stunts growth in kids. Maybe we can take a hint from it? It depletes our bodies of the nutrients it needs.
People should take the time to make sure they are getting the proper nutrients and try to detoxify their body somewhat. If they do that their energy level will come back and there will be no need for the caffeine in it.
It doesn't make you gain weight or anything of the sort, but there are much healthier drinks you can get such as green tea that do the same thing.
Coffee is just brewed through water so it has no calories. But if you add milk and sugar, it obviously will then contain calories.
Try to wean yourself off of it. You'll notice that you'll feel better not depending on a drink to run your life.

Coffee has no calories, but the stuff you put in it does. I saw a study this week that showed that coffee (for older adults) is actually good for the heart. Kids should not drink coffee, though.

Black coffee has Zero calories. Add a teaspoon of sugar and it's maybe 20 calories. Add a little skim milk and it's maybe 40-50 cals total.

Coffee will negatively affect the adrenal glands if a lot is consumed every day. An occasional cup won't really hurt you and it has no calories. It can over stimulate your nervous system and cause insomnia and nervousness.

Depends on what you put in it. Just plain coffee has no calories but if you add cream and sugar then the calories increase.

I don't know what I would do without it! I would never make it to work and I would have to quit school. But as I get older I can't handle as much caffeine as I used to. I used to down a whole pot. But No, I don't think its that bad for you. Nor is butter or real mayo or anything else they keep telling you is going to kill you.
