You can't find it "nowhere?" Did you actually graduate?
Seriously, contact the school. If nothing else, the school library may have a copy you could at least look at, or maybe they'd be willing to make a photocopy for you.

You should be able to contact the school and ask for an archived copy. Or you could try Classmates.com and see if you can find anyone from your gradutating class and ask if they have a copy.
