Why don't you change your life style, brighten up your home, give it a paint job, get new furniture or rearrange your furniture, give your self an over hall, new ward robe, hair style, do things differently from the time you get up in the morning. If the first thing you do, is get dressed. change that - take a shower first then have coffee, run around in your robe for 15 minutes while you have your coffee and read the paper. Then get dressed, go to work a different way. Make a new itinerary.
