I mean like for a drug test not as in how long do the effects last.

Are you the one taking the drugs or is this question about someone else? If it is you here's an idea...stop doing drugs and get into rehab. No one can stop cold-turkey. You (or whoever) need help. As far as getting ou t of your system it all depends. When was the last time you did drugs? It also depends on what kind of drug test is done. There are other tests besides peeing in a cup. They could take a blood or hair sample. Hair samples can show if a person has been using any drugs up to at least 90 days prior. I'm not sure how far back a blood test can go.

Marijuana stays in your system for approx. 30 days if you smoke on a regular basis. If you only do it occasionally, you can drink cranberry juice and water a lot to flush your system. For cocaine, and methanphetamine, it stays in your system for 48-72 hours. But, if you do a hair follicle test, they can go back 6 plus months.

Coke takes months, dude.
Mary takes about a month.
There's a kit you can buy online that will clean it out of your system - it takes 3-4 days to do and costs $600 bucks. Basically you wind up drinking gallons of water a day, and eating nothing but chicken breasts (a few of my friends tried it, only one of them made it the whole way through). If you need more info, i'll ask him the name of the kit tonight - leave me a comment or something.

3o days minimum for marijauna.... 60 days for the cocaine,meth
& a hair sample will still reveal all of em in your system plus they can tell how long youve been doing either... cant cheat the hair sample test

Marijuana - about a month, depending on how much you use and how often. Other stuff I don't know, but if you are using those other things, you need all kinds of help I can't give you.

cke and meth 2-3 days weed depends on how long you have smoked for and the amount but 6 days -11 wks. it is stored in your fat cells, not bloodstream so it takes awhile to flush out.

cocaine is 72 hours....marijuana is at least 30 days but depends on amount consumed and how often.....i dont know about meth....(cocktails? hmmm)

if you're doing coke and meth, you have bigger problems than just passing a drug test
