Why didn't he destroy Russia? Why doesn't he destroy China?

You're confused with this hallucinatory god of the old testament. God is not jealous, angry, hateful, nor does He choose favorites, cast blame or have vengeance for those who disobey.
Stop believing that the only way to God is through a church of human sinners. He is not unattainable-- He is part of you.
I can't be live more than half the stories in the Bible.

God is NOT in the destroying business any More! Sin is. Sin brings forth destruction in every human being and in the Earth.

He allowed the US to make great strides in Russia...God will destroy those whom He chooses.

That was Old Testament.
Jesus fulfilled the law so that ALL (even those in Russia) might be saved.
Jesus didn't come to bring the sword, He came to save.
