Was the color very bright or very dark? Was it semi-permanent? You rinsed it after coloring it right?
Anytime you are depositing color (darkening or adding color) you might get color on your towel. This is especially true with reds, pinks and oranges or blue-black sometimes called "jet-black".
If you really think all of it came out, your hair might be too damaged to hold color. In which case you need to stop.

Did all the color come out? And how long did you wait for the color to soak in. Because some of the color will come out when you dry your hair. Also if you didn't wait long enough for the color to get into the hair it will come out when you dry your hair.

okay it was cheap dye, and you need to condition your hair well and use special shampoo (mild) to keep the color. You need to see a pro pretty soon, cause that color is gonna fad fast and you will fry your hair if you try again so soon.

Good luck- think of your hair as an investment. No short cuts.

Uggggghhh. I feel your pain. Wash your hair in cold water to lock in the color and close your cuticles. Also, get a color enzyme wash to help keep your color longer. Red hair coloring washes out the fastest out of all hair coloring.
