Depends if it's REAl fruit, if so, then yes, it probably counts as something like a quarter of your 5- a- day. I don't quite understand about it, the generations that lived on rashens during the war are living into their hundreds, and they sure didn't get 5- a- day. It is extremely healthy to though, so don't stop eating your veggies children!

Yes, not only does it contain fruit, but it has loads of milk in it which comes from cows who eat grass so that like a veg portion as well. oh and cocoa beans must add another :)

lol Noooo!! It takes 2 satumas to make up one portion of your 5 fr & veg, and that's proper fruit!!

yes but you should have this as part of a meal really.try it with mash and a few vegetables.goes lovely with gravy

i think 3 portions because chocolate is neither animal nor mineral so it must be vegetable.
