Probably, your knee started hurting for any number of reasons (arthritis, some other injury, etc.), so to compensate, you started walking a little differently. That affected your hip and in turn, your toes. I would see a doctor to take care of the knee first, then see how your hip and toes get. As you begin walking normally again, they might get better on your own, or your doctor may want to treat those, as well.

cyatica i think thats how you spell it ,a trapped nerve usually in the hip or lower back ,it causes pain right down to the foot, you may need accupuncture,or at least painkillers ,but i think you should still go and see a docter ,as i left mine too long and it got bad over night my spin swelled up and i spent three weeks flat on my back and couldnt walk, the nerve had got trapped between, the bones in the lower back and the surrounding tissues swelled up trapping the nerve and preventing feeling ,so i couldnt feel my legs ,but the problem was the doc said if i dont stay still and the swelling get any bigger that can sever the nerve and leave me parrellised,so be very carefull and go see the doc ,dont lift anything heavy and bend your knees is you have to bend, lay on your side at night with a pillow between your knees to take the peasure off any joints ,when getting up to stand roll of the bed side ways ,take your legs over the edge of the bed ,use your hand to push youre body up ,do not use your upper body musiles as this will put a strain on other lower joints ie hips and lower back ,use a hot water bottle or electric blanket on the hip or lower back or were ever you feel you need it most ,dont stand too long dont sit too long, dont lean over the kitchen sink washing up as this whithout always realiseing puts a strain on the back and hips ,do it a bit at a time,be very carefull till you see that doc it could go at any moment ,and believe me its very painfull i was in tears even with the pain killers only the morphine injection helped ,promse me you will see a doc ,best of luck kat.

I know what could cure it; a doctor's visit.
Could be lots of things. Bad posture? Inflammation? Arthritis? Something could be broken, or an injury...
In any case, it sounds like your leg is compensating for a knee injury that didn't heal properly. You need to see a doctor or a physiotherapist.

I'd bother the doctor because that is why he's payed for!
Try taking a hot bath in husk. Massage where it hurts with alcohol.
If you'll feel better it means you had nature disturbance...
hope i helped...

I don't know what causes it but I do know that MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) will help. helps with the onset or beginning of arthritis. I found if you take two of these pills and one melatonin. Then you should be fine, cause the pain is eased.
You can find these products at the drugstore, or your local health food store.

I'd bother the doctor.
That's what he gets paid for. You could have nothing or it could be as serious as having a herniated disc thaproduces those symptoms. May as well check it out.
