i am from scotland,i work full time but find it impossible to save after paying rent,council tax car insurance etc!!!!!!!

if you have no money, then NYC is not the place for you. Everything costs a lot there, and nothing is free.

Um, New York is NOT the place in America to go without money, everything there costs more than it does anywhere else in the country. If you can get a job there, make sure you can make enough to live there as well. I'd recommend paying off your bills, staying out of debt, and saving some money...lots of it, and go that way.

Hi there my friend is in america just now, she applied for camp america(kids camp) she was working in a camp in new york. They pay for your flight there and back. She was paid $900 at the end of seven weeks work this would give you dosh you need see new york before going home. You sleep and eat in camp so no expenses really, and an experience of a lifetime.
