Granted, this is 2006 but the 'two headed' monster of racism and prejudice, still rears its ugly head at times. For some people, this is still a problem. But do you ever find yourself looking other than approving at an interracial couple while you are in public? Also, which interracial pairing gives you the most trouble and why?

No and none. I know this is not what you want to hear, but I do not have a racist bone in my body. I am a firm believer in "if you are not hurting anyone, do what makes you happy" I do not look at interracial couples or gay couples any different than I look at any other couple.
I must have beat the hell out of that "two headed monster" a long long time ago. because if I don't like you or anyone else, they can be assured that it is something other than that.

Interracial pairings don't bother me in the least, as long as it's a caring relationship. Even same sex pairings are fine by me, under the same circumstances.
What I REALLY TRULY can NOT stand is flagrant groping, tonsil eating, get yourself a room, preliminaries to sex, behaviour. I don't care what the pairing is. I object to having that forced down my throat. Holding hands and cuddling, an occasional buss, is okay.
I become very vocal when I see this behaviour. Usually enough to send them scrambling off the bus (or subway). Please people...SAVE IT FOR HOME!

It doesn't bother me who goes with who happiness is all that counts in the long run and unfortunately people are always going to comment on seeing interracial couples they just need to get over it already.

No, never. But I live in a city (Montreal) where interracial dating is common, except perhaps for our Hasidic and much of our Muslim communities.
