I've made some Limoncella, a lemon and sugar infused vodka drink. I don't much care for the taste on its own. What could I do with it, mix it with etc. to make it less like cough syrup? I don't want to waste it, I used 750 ml of Absolut Vodka.

If you like raspberry, try adding a splash of Chamborde. It'll make it more like raspberry lemonade. Or you could stick it in a blender with ice. That would water it down a bit.

Dude, I can't believe you used the whole bottle without knowing how it was going to taste. How about adding some grenadine? That will make it much better. Give it a try.

Put it in the freezer, let it get kind of syrupy. Limoncella is supposed to be used as a palate cleanser, so it isn't the greatest tasting liquer.

Stick it in a freezer for a day or two. Then try it.
