I have seen at least two manifestations.
One was at my Aunt's house. Everybody seemed to agree that it looked like her son. It looked like her son. I was doing dishes at the kitchen sink and I had thought that he had come home from work. The screen door was open and he was wearing a t-shirt, just like my cousin. It ws daytime, early afternoon.
I told the story and they all got creeped out. I think it was possession.
I am under the persuasion that I believe them to be demonic. They choose to be seen when they are seen. Or they don't care.
The other was a manifestation that was occuring approximately one foot above my body while in bed. I had visited an old neighborhood that I used to live in that night before I came home.
I figured that it followed me. I yelled out some scripture ( I wasn't saved when I used to live in that old neighborhood), and by trusting God to protect me and the act of faith that the word of God is a binding contract even in the spirit world it dematerialized. It was blacker than the dark of night that was around me in the bedroom.
I have since then had lucid dreams that were demonic. I don't know why, when so many Christians have none of these experiences, I should be the one to get them. But the important thing to know is that the word of God has power over them, if you are covered you are protected.

The first time I ever saw a spirit I was 4, we had just moved into my grandmothers house. I was asleep and I woke up, I didn't know why I woke up, I sat up in the bed and decided to look out the window, leaning up against the locust tree was my grand father, I went running into the living room and asked my mother why grandpa was standing in the backyard at 11 at night. She told me to stop being silly and go back to bed. I wasn't being silly and it wasn't the last time I saw him either, and many MANY others sense then. Some people call it a gift. How is it a gift when everyone thinks your nuts when you say anything about it....so now I just don't say anything to anyone about it....

I used to believe I would be able to see ghosts if one passed my way but then I grew wiser and realized God would not allow souls to walk near living beings on Earth because He has all control of this.Ghosts are always just imaginations of the mind.The mind can play tricks on people easily for some people than others.

i've seen a demon which is really what ghosts are.i was in my bedroom sleeping and i woke up and saw something on my wall.i thought it was just a shadow until i saw the orangish-red eyes.
