Ok.. I do have a b/f for about a year and a half now. I work at a department store and one of my co-workers has this really huge crush on me. I already asked me out. I of course turned him down because of my b/f. But I mean i really like talking to him and i sometimes flirt with him. Is it bad to keep talking with him because i feel like i am leading him on!?!

You should be honest with this guy if he doesn't know that you have a boyfriend. As long as he understands that you are not interested in him then I see no reason why you two shouldn't be able to talk. Now, if you are flirting and talking to him and he doesn't know you have a boyfriend then you need to think about why you are even with your boyfriend. Its not really fair to either of the guys. Just be honest and open with all involved so in the event that something happens you can't say that you mis-lead anybody.

yes; you can talk to him like you would any other friend or coworker, but you're leading him on by flirting with him. Why do you feel the need to be so flirty when you have a boyfriend? It's not cheating, but it's not exactly loyal either. Just be grateful for what you have.

Ive been there...I dont think it is bad that you talk to him and nothing more but you have to let him know that it's not going anywhere. Unless you want to end it with your boyfriend for him and are sure you are making the right decision i dont think you should pursue anything with him. You know us guys dont like competition and before you just turn him down talk to your man and let him know he is just a friend and you guys are going out to eat. If you feel something more with him than with your boyfriend go for it! Good luck ma! Make sure you make the right decision though or you will pay for it in a long run.

If you really care about your boyfriend and want to stay with him (i.e. you have no desire to date this other guy) you should stop what you're doing.

If you continue flirting with him and leading him on, it could get complicated. Imagine if you were leading him on and your boyfriend happened to come in the store. Your boyfriend could get really angry. Additionally, if your boyfriend happened to come in on your day off and this other guy mentioned liking you and your recent behavior, it could get really messy.

And think about the repercussions to the other guy as well. He may honestly think you're into him. Not only could it really hurt him when he finds out otherwise, but there may be someone who wants him and he won't even give her a chance because he thinks he has you.

You could ultimately hurt a lot of people, including yourself.

yes, what you need to do is make it clear to him that u do have a boyfriend, but you still want to be good freinds. Thats option A. Option B is you ditch ur current bf and go with him. Either way, dont lead him on.

If you feel guilty it is because you know that you are doing something wrong, don't cha?

I think flirting is natural, but leading someone on is not. These two things are totally different.

baby girl, as long as you make it clear to your co worker that's you're taken. you can flirt all you want but nothing will come out from it.

If you really are leading him on it is wrong. You need to be clear with him about his chances with you. You also need to be sure you aren't doing anything with him you wouldn't do if your bf was there.

Why can't you just tell him it's enjoyable to chat with him but that's all it's going to be as long as you are spoken for^
