When you burn fat you don't pick what area to burn fat from. It is an all over thing. You do cardio work and it burns fat....period.

Now you can do things like sit ups, crunches etc and that will tone your belly but if you do not do any cardio then you will just have really tight abs under a roll of fat (I have been there, lol)

I wish we could targets where we wanted to burn the fat but we don't.

Oh and I have to add that when you do any exercise to build muscles then if helps with burning fat. The more mussels you have the higher your metabolism is, the higher your metabolism the faster you will burn that fat.

Seems that we have the same trouble. Maybe there is a kind of good gel that can be spread over the belly to help bun fat over the counter? For me swimming is a pretty good exercise to keep fit. Good luck.
