nope, u should not .. if he wants to kiss you .. there is a deeper message and if u dont have a feeling / deeper message for him then dont create the confusion by kissing back / or even accepting his kiss .. its better to be impolite than to be misleading.

It depends if i like them. Cause if it's just this guy that just wants something then no I won't kiss them.

No, not if I am not into them. Do not go around just letting any person kiss you, that's gross. Just pull back and let them know you are not ready to kiss him or her.

Depends who it is, where, and when.
In some situations like with family, probably. If it was a random guy on the street, I'd kick his a**. If it was a girl and she was hot, no comment. :-)
