if you are using mouse click on the respective application tab on the start bar. If you want to move between applications using keyboard use Alt+Tab and u can view thru different applications my clicking tab alternatively holding the Alt key .. hope this help you out

you can use the windows menu, Alt+tab, or depending on the mouse you're using, you can press the scroll button to switch. Most mice can be set up that way.
Microsoft Office also has a tool bar that will allow you to switch.
