Sounds like you do in fact need your Dr. to do something here. How about a quick change in Drs or an emergecy room visit if no one will listen? I also hope you have someone other than a primary care doc working with you....as they tend to miss all the actual issues we are dealing with!
It is common for us to still go through our cycles even when we are medicated, which is why many of us do in fact have hospital stays during time of crisis. I have to commend you on realzing what is going on and asking for help, I worry though that you are asking in the wrong place and we are limited here....
The best I can do is ask that you keep asking... or skip all that and walk into a crisis center, hosptial etc. as I would rather you do that then continue to feel like you do.

You definitely need some help... first, to take your concerns seriously!
Next, after calling mental health association, or Lifeline, or even emergency number, be prepared to have a full evaluation, possibly inpatient.... Don't you have one person that you can trust with this?? A teacher, relative, neighbor, parent, or Pastor could all assist. BELIEVE that miracles can happen, and that you will be happy again soon :)
Many blessings to you... let us know how you're doing !!

You are cutting yourself because it is a release for the mental pain. You are very ill. Who is not listening to you? Parents? Doctor? You need to get in their faces and get their attention. You are getting sicker and need help. the medication you are on is clearly not working. I have been in your shoes and know it will only get worse if people won't listen or help. I am very sorry you are suffering

FIND A DIFFERENT PSYCHIATRIST IMMEDIATELY! Sweetie, I've raised three bi-polars and if the meds are not working and you are back to hurting yourself, you need to find someone new immediately. Someone who really listens to you when you describe symptoms!

Change your diet immediately... eat only fruit and vegetables... rice & herbs
Also, learn to meditate.
These two may solve your situation over time. I repeat: over time. *Until then, change your medicine... it's obviously necessary.
