His confidence. If he is confident, his looks are not that important. If he lacks confidence but he is hot, I might consider it, but I don't see it going long term.

The eyes, since they really are the window to the soul. All the emotions possible reside there, all the laughter, pain, and hardship are disclosed by the eye.

It is kind of an all over thing. You take in body style, hair style, clothing style, attitude, etc...all in one quick take to form a general picture of who this girl is.
