Yes it's funny but please try to put it in well written English.
It reminds me of the time the same couple went to another doctors' after feeling unwell following a trip to Africa.
The doctor said "I've got some bad news and I've got some good news and some more bad news. The first bad news is that you've both contracted a fatal tropical illness while you were in Africa. The good news is that it can be cured with a vaccination. The second bad news is that there's only enough for one of you."
"What did he say?" Demanded the old man, deaf as ever.
Replied his wife "You're going to die dear."

Yaaaahhhh , i take it in the spirit of humour ! it's funny....
the old folks should jog more often...it all dries and turns to powder and falls out the sides....save water and soap too that way...
