Okay im going to school next year- not college (way too young) and my dad ordered a Dell XPS M1202 r sumthn like that 4 me and im supposed to get a free skin to put on my laptop and everytime i put in the customer #, order # and zip code it says error and I reLLY WANT MY FREE SKIN. y isnt it working? is anybody having this problem?

Hmm check out at support.dell.com they might be able to help you out by the way im not exactly getting you question skin???? what skin

Well that would mean Id have to order a notbook to tell you if Im having the same problem, but I dont have that money right now, and damn I wish I did, lol. but if its not workin and the way you sound, your notbook didnt come yet, just wait till it comes to your house and see if the skin came with it. If not, call up Dell. There one of the easiest customer services out there. And the good thing about Dell is that your order comes to you fast. About 5 days for a computer. I kno its exciting waiting for it and your jumpy wantin to kno when its coming, trust me I was goin through the same back in September 03 when I ordered my Dell which Im typin on now!
