There is a spot in the Pentagon that contains plans for every possible contingency. There is even one that covers the possibility of the USA being attacked by Finland. Why not aliens?

Their government has got the petrified of everything including the possibilty of an Alien Invasion so I suppose they have all got their loaded shotguns under the kids beds ready for anything.
