I am a 14 year old female that really wants to loose weight before graduatoin, since i am going to need to wear a dress. So if you can help me and tell me some good tips that would be awsome [=

Well the good thing is you have plenty of time. The best thing to do is limit your saturated fatsand sugars plus drink lots of water. Aim for loosing 2lbs a week, and you'll have a better chance of keeping it off. Try to do plenty of cardio, and eat 6 well balanced small meals a day.

Darling... "easiest" is surgery!... But WAIT!!! why are you going for the easiest things in life???? WORK REALLY HARD FOR THE THINGS YOU WANT IN LIFE... you will be proud of yourself!. The first thing you need to do is start going to the gym. If it bores you, take you ipod and listen to your favorite music!!!! It will be FUN! I guaratee it. EAT a healthy BREAKFAST! Never miss this meal. It is the most important one. During the day eat 4 or 5 times BUT Do NOT EAT A LOT. Just small portions of everything. Also before you eat, drink 1 o 2 glasses of water. this will help you digest. Come on!.. You can do this!... You will look beautiful!.....

i'm guessing your graduation is in like 1-2 weeks. you're probably not going to lose a ton of weight in that time.
i'd suggest running. do an intense run early in the morning to get it out of the way (1 mile to start, then build up). then at night, do a slow run for about 30-45 minutes. and by slow i mean slow--its good for your heart and another way to burn fat.
eat 3 good meals a day--skipping meals screws up your metabolism and you dont lose weight that way.
do some simple weight lifting too; the more lean muscle mass you have, the higher your metabolism is.
if you want to stay lean and in good shape, just start running every day and do some weight exercises

This has lots of great tips, some that they rarely mention. Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. Here is how it works. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.

But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.

So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. I think the best way to watch what you eatand for sure don't eat a big dinner.It helps alot not to eat after 6'oclock and if you are really hungry eat some fruit or a bowl of cereal. Good luck I'm also trying like you I have lost 4lbs in 2wks

* Drink enough water
Drink the best weight loss supplement known to man, water. Most people do not know the difference from being hungry for food or thirsty for water. A great deal of times people eat when they should drink. Most likely you will not feel as hungry if you are getting enough water. You will be satisfying the thirst, which is confused for hunger. Water also helps you digest food better. Drinking water before you eat will help fill you up.

* Always chew your food

Start walking more, bicycling, walks your dog for longer periods of time, swim, dance and leave the car at home when you can. It’s important that you choose a physical activity that you enjoy because you’ll stick with it.

I think your best bet is going along with weight watchers. I'm 15 and I already lost 8 pounds through them. People lose over a hundred pounds with them. You basically get to eat anything u want.

There is nothing easy or quick about weight loss. Stay clear of ANYTHING that tells you the words easy and or quick (or rapid) when in regards to weight loss.

nobody knows of any easy way to lose weight,if anyone knew we would not be on this site we would all be getting skinny................LOL
