1) Cu.m (the period is there so the word isn't bleeped out for inappropriate content) is a slang term for male ejaculate, otherwise known as semen, the liquid in which sperm is released through the male urethra and out of the penis in sexual intercourse.
2) Precum is a slang term for a thin liquid, released by the Prostate gland, which acts as a natural lubricant for the tip of the penis. It allows smoother penetration in intercourse and prevents irritation. This is the same liquid in which sperm is released, simply without sperm content in it.

It's all sex stuff. Pre-come is the little bit of come (yes it's really spelled that way) that comes out when a man gets hard and before he ejaculates (it too has sperm and can get a girl pregnant once in a while). It's why condoms used right before insertion is so important.
I supposed "cummed" or "came" means that a guy ejaculated (and got the good feeling assocated with sex or self pleasure). When a girl "cums" "came"...etc...usually nothing comes out (usually not always).
Hope that helps, and don't be embarassed to ask your mom things. Just let her know that you want information so you can make the right choices later in life. Tell her people talk about it, you're not doing it...etc. I know it's scary, but in a few years you might feel more comfortable.
If you can't talk about it, you sure aren't comfortable enough to do it!
Don't think just because everyone else knows this it means they are having sex, they probably just have older brothers who tell them all this stuff.

*** is slang for semen. This is the liquid that is forcefully ejaculated when a male has an orgasim.
Pre-*** is the same thing. It just means that sometimes semen drips out before the final ejaculation occurs. This is the reason that having the boy pull out before he ejaculates is not a reliable method to prevent pregnancy. Hope I answered your question.
