I don't stay motivated when I don't feel like exercising. I just say heck with it, go out and have some fun, gain a few pounds, and if I get motivated later I do, and if I don't I don't. That's enough motivation for me! Hmmmm

I have an exercise buddy. We force each other to go. Get to know people at your gym. If I don't show up to do my laps, one of the other regular swimmers gets on my case, too.

For me it's a matter of wanting to look and be my best physically and mentally. So you have to have some kind of goal that you want to attain. You can't come home from work and say "I need to go to the gym". You have to say "I am going to the gym" and leave.

Play some music to amp you up. On days that I normally don't feel like working out, yet still do...I normally get more rewarding workouts.

Just get through Monday. It's always the hardest.
During my entire workout this morning, I kept thinking, "I can't do it. I can't do it." I kept saying that until I was done.
You just have to bear down and get through it.
Good luck and Godspeed.
