I just came back from London and Holland, and this was a popular drink in the pubs in both places, but I can't remember the name! It was clear blue in color, with carbonation, and was in a clear beer-sized bottle. I thought it tasted like a blue ICEE, and my friend thought it tasted like a blue Jolly Rancher (if this helps). It also came in red (flavor unknown). The blue one was sweet, and reminded me of a malt beverage, but it was much better and now I can't remember the name to even look it up in the States. Thanks for your help!
