Just whatever the cream and sugar have as calories.
Look on the cream container for the # of calories per serving and also the bag of sugar. Then you can guesstimate how many servings you're using in a cup of coffee.'

50-100 calories. just look up "food calorie content" on yahoo and you can pull up listings on calories for all mainstream foods. if you want to gain weight drink a large cup of juice with every meal. each large cup has 200 calories. if you drink 4 or 5 cups a day you'll find yourself adding a lot of calories to your diet.

If you use the little packets of sugar, 1 = 30 cals. a teaspoon is about the same. H&H according to the serving on the container, or about 40 cals per 1 single serving container. Your coffee could easily be 300 cals if your'e not careful.

coffee has very little calories, like 1 or 2, the sugar depends on how much, about 3 per lump, and the creme also depends, probably like 10... so 15?
