lose like ten lbs what is the best way to do that easiest

Stay active and eat healthy. Lower calorie intake. Also drink lots of water. Losing weight is not easy and take lots of time and effort. I lost 15 pounds by going to the gym daily (or exercising somehow) and eating right.

Unfortunately, there is no EASY way to lose 10 lbs. There are 3500 calories in one pound, so cutting your calorie intake by 500 per day will help lose a pound a week, BUT, it will slow your metabolism down. So you need to add some exercise as well. At the very least, walking for 30-45 min a day will help. Just be sure that any choice you make is not a "quick fix" but a lifestyle change that will be do-able for the rest of your life, or else any weight you lose may be gained back. Good luck!!

there is no easy way to lose 10lbs. fast . eat right exercise, balance diet sleep. stretch out then got for shorts runs every day

it depends how much you weigh. you should probably just restrict yourself to eat healthier foods and maybe take a walk every day. what i do is i do little excercises while im doing other things. i might do sit-ups while im watching tv or just lift my legs up and down while im sitting.
